I am Tamara, a British/Lebanese Cordon Bleu pâtissière, blogger and globetrotter.
My passion for all things sugar & honey, flour & spice began when barely knee-high to the kitchen table, licking deliciously gooey sensations off the wooden spoons of two exceptionally talented mentors: my Viennese ‘Oma’ on one side and my Palestinian grandmother – my ‘Teta’ -on the other.
Happy My Heart (my Father’s phrase) is my journal of delicious discovery. It is a blog about food, travel and all the wondrous things in between that make my heart happy.
